Hi,

I'm studying to become a Nutritional therapist. Really enjoy the studies as it's so relavent and interesting. I like to be active, but struggled to get back in training routine and good eating habits since my second child was born. He just turned 1. So desparate to get back on track. And thought that joining this forum might be helpful.

Thanks for joining and posting your intro Emma.... The first part of getting back into shape is simply making the time to exercise. I know it's hard with a new baby and many responsibilities. I thought this cartoon was pretty motivating not to mention funny

That is so true...
I have actually made my priority to try and get into a exercise regime. Even if at the time it doesn't feel like it is doing anything to me, but it's early days. So far I have done 3 weeks with 3 schedule workouts a week, not including if I go for a walk with the kids etc.

I don't want to give up, like today i really don't feel like it, it's 9.30 pm. My one child is sick so has been home from nursery, so I have ended up with doing some work in the evening to catch up. But I'm worried if I don't do it, it will all slide... and then i'm back to square one...
Thanks for your reply.
