Is it wierd to feel tingling in my forearm (funny bone feeling) on preacher curls?
On my last set of preacher curls, the last 5 reps I felt something like a tingle across my forearms as I bring up the weights
similiar feeling when u get hit in the funny bone but this one is like more of a quicker jolt feeling

Not at all... The same thing (albeit less violent) as when you bump your finny bone is happening.. You're compressing your ulnar nerve which is not a problem for the most part unless you chronically do something which compresses it. It is definitely best avoided though.
Solution: Do something besides preacher curls, adjust your elbows position, find a softer pad...

Back Off & Adjust!
Nerve Compression is never a good sign and may mean something
as simple as an adjustment needed in technique( might have to do
with compressing against the bench) or may be indicative of overuse.
You may just be exposing your nerve with your particular position.
It may be the angle you are bringing the weight up at- you may be
rotating instead of pure flexion and if your wrist is not neutral, it adds
to the stress. I'd decrease the weight and and adjust keeping in mind,
that that part of your elbow may just be inflamed in which case it's
time switch to the myriad of other exercises-there are too many to
stick with preacher curls. Other things that may help- elbows off the
table and desk at all times and try and not flex/curl your arms when
you sleep. There are people who have to strap pillows in their elbows
at night to not wake up with tingly arms... Of course if it persists or gets worse then...

So are you saying I should keep doing it if its really slight?

I mean the tingle comes to my forearms, and is a quick twitch like shock feeling real fast, so i only feel slight ones so should i stop the last set? or keep on going if the feeling is slight?
(when i do curls, i fully flex my arms (my arm is double jointed) could this be the reason?

Do you mean you hyper-extend your elbow? Flat against the bench
and then some? Yes, definitely could be. Try never fully extended
and see what happens but I'd give some rest first... There's no
need to train through nerve compression-it can worsen and become
chronic. You have to work with your anatomy.

I have never verified it by research but I think because the position resembles someone praying, which I have heard from others as well...

Yes, I agree, it's not like preacher curls are a must-do exercise and without them your arms will turn to spagetti without them...
Do something else, I like bent over concentration curls, the form is kind of tricky but work on it...
