Emma is Starting to Warm Up
Default Good pilates dvds

Hi,
Could you recommend a good pilates dvd, where they are thorough with how you do each exercise, but it also need to be interesting, where you can advance eventually from the basics.
Thanks.

PilatesAnytime is Starting to Warm Up
Default Pilates Anytime - New Online Pilates studio

In response we have just launched a new online studio, Pilates Anytime, with aim of being more exciting than DVD's.

We post about 5 new classes ever week - so unlike a DVD the content is always refreshed.

The site was co-founded by Kristi Cooper White, a BASI Pilates® Principal Instructor. Kristi travels the world teaching Pilates and training instructors. She introduced Pilates to many celebrity clients, including Oprah Winfrey.

Pilates Anytime films real Pilates classes in HD quality video at our Santa Barbara studios, adding about 5 new classes a week to our library. The cost for unlimited access to our classes is $18 per month, and we offer a 15 day free trial.

We offer mat classes, magic circle, and have recently starting filming reformer classes as well. We have five regular instructors who represent various Pilates schools. Kristi Cooper White and Merideth Rogers are BASI Pilates® certified instructors, Monica Wilson and Adrianne Crawford teach Romana's Pilates®, and Amy Havens represents the Pilates Conservatory™.

Please check it out, and spread the word if you know of someone who might be interested. I welcome any comments or questions.

John

Glad to see you are taking an interest in physical activity. May I ask why Pilates is your choice?
