Default What's in your ipod right now?

I just put some new songs in my iPod and it sounds stupid but I love Soulja Boy Tell em

I also like Tiesto. What does everyone listen to for motivation?

Awesome question.

I have a page about the best workout music

Best Exercise Music

But I think it's time to do a top 5 list about the best workout music!

Right now I have Copone n Noriega - War Report
8 Ball - Lost Double CD - one of the best Hip hip albums ever (not that great for working out though)
Offspring - Used to listen to them in high school
Rob Zombie- Super Beast is one of my favorites
Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack

Not the best workout music but that's what's in the deck for me...

Default BEP for me too!

I just love the black-eyed peas. My brother likes to listen to Rammstein (the whole album) while workin' out. I think it's a bit too rough for the ladies though. I heard iPods can also be useful for watching fitness videos while working-out- I imagine it'd be like having a virtual personal trainer without shelling-out extra bucks for it, hehe!
