Hey Michael-

I was wondering as well what had happened to you as far as tracking your diet. Also I am wondering if you have resolved your lactose issues. I do have an excellent dairy recommendation if it turns out are still consuming dairy products- have you heard of Kefir? It's basically a yogurt smoothie-lots of carbs and fruit sugars and protein and calcium (always a concern as a woman). I use it as a pre-workout drink- it gives me loads of energy and doesn't sit heavy in my stomach. It's on my list of 'perfect foods.'

Wishing you well with the clean eating plan- Darcy

The weight is normal but the fat is up and muscle is down because I eat fried food 2x a day and it is hard to get a good protein source with each meal that isn't loaded with fat.

Still trying to figure out how to eat healthy.

Question Update Needed!

What is the latest in your South East Asian Culinary Soujourn?
Is it harder to keep fitter in such a country or just more expensive with more
