Default I lost at arm wrestling with a skinny guy, how come?

Hi all! Here's my problem: Last saturday i had an arm wrestling session with a friend. I always used to beat him easily with my right hand and also with my left hand. Last saturday however we met had about 2 sessions in which i beat him but when i tried the thir time an annoying pain started in my right arm and he beat me for the first and from then on i couldn't beat him anymore. Every time i tried to use my muscle it started to hurt. Can anyone tell me what could've happen? Is this a medical problem or i simply lost my strentgh? Thx a lot!

Pain in your arm could be 100 different things. Where exactly in your arm?

Most likely a mild muscle strain...

Somewhere between my triceps and elbow i can't tell exactly but whatever it was really wekened my muscle because after the pain started i couldn't strain it anymore.

That doesn't give me good enough location but it is likely an injury to your musculotendinous junction, the place where the tendon attaches to the muscle, in that case, it will take a long time to heal.

Not likely because i dosen't hurt so bad anymore. I can still feel a little pain when i try to use my muscle but most of the pain is gone. I even returned to my training
