This could be for gaining muscle or losing fat. Post workout food consumption is about refueling the body to repair the damage caused by exercise, not burning fat or building muscle, etc.

ok so if you refuel the body do you need even more calories to build muscle than someone just looking to recover properlY?

Yes, Good point.
What it all really boils down to is what your goals are? If you want to gain plain old mass, and don't care about gaining some fat, you should load up on mass calories such as weight gainer powders which have like 1000cal per serving.
If you care most about being cut, test out different concoctions post workout, preferably a quick 6:1 or 4:1 carb ro directly after workout, then your largest and most nutritious meal outside of breakfast within the 90 minutes after.

i just saw in your diet all protein, what's the deal with that?
I try all protein and it works better, carbs make me tired after I workout.

I had protein after only because I ingested carbs during my workout. The carbs during my workout would give me enough insulin spike to draw the fast digesting whey isolate into muscles!

Do you recommend eating carbs during the workout and then protein after?

This depends on your overall diet. If you ate 30 minutes before your workout, carbs during the workout are not needed.
If you haven't eaten for a couple hours, carbs during your workout will prevent crashing. It is also a matter of preference.

Milk- fat loss or muscle gain
I don't think milk causes fat loss, so it's probably for muscle gain.

I would take both, amount corresponding to how hard and long you have been working out.
